If you cooperate with realtors and would like your homes to be advertised free of charge on this website, or if your homes are advertised on this website and you have suggested changes, please send an email with a description of your request to john@icpsinc.com and supply all of your contact information.

Also, do your buyers need to sell their current home before they can buy their new home from you? We can help. By sending your buyers with this contingency to us, your buyers will have the freedom to enter an agreement with you with the certainty that their home will sell. Call me for details.

I require written permission from builders to advertise prior to adding any models and floorplans. All builders must be in good standing at my discretion to be advertised.
